The blissful festival of Dussehra is unique in its perception and significance. According to the great Hindu epic Ramayana, Lord Rama killed Ravana on the tenth day and this day is celebrated as Dussehra. It is called as triumph of virtue over sin or immorality. To keep the above objective, young Presidians of Dwarka 22 conducted a special assembly on Dusshera, which began with pulling the strings of melody by singing morning prayers. A valuable thought of the day was shared - ‘Dusshera is a festival of good over evil' by students of grades nursery and prep. This was followed by a devotional dance performance depicted by our cute, little Presidians as all the main characters of Ramayana. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for everyone.
