With an objective of letting our little Presidians of Dwarka 22 play with their body for gross motor development, they were recently indulged in enactment of various means of transport like bus, train and airplane. The students were provided a quick recap of air, road and water transports, after which, a teacher started the activity by becoming an engine and the students were told to act as bogies. The young learners imitated the sound of train and moved in the corridor in a zigzag path, which was made with the help of cones. After this, they also acted like a bus and an airplane, enthusiastically participating in the activity and following all the teacher's instructions appropriately. Using their bodies as a tool for enactment and modulating their voices and expressions to resemble various means of transport, the students had a fun learning experience.
