KUDOS PARI FOR GRABBING GOLD IN 2ND NATIONAL YOGA CHAMPIONSHIP
We feel proud to share that our grade 4 students, Pari Bagla from Presidium Dwarka 22 recently won the prestigious gold medal in 2nd National Yoga Championship. Organised by Yog Sports Association of India, the championship witnessed grand participation of 1000 students from 12 States of India.

PRESIDIANS BRING FORWARD THEIR INNOCENT NEW YEAR RESOLUTIONS
New Year is just around the corner and the zeal and festivities are at their peak. To assimilate this joyous and enthralling day, when all of us embrace a new beginning with open arms, our assiduous Presidians took their pencils out to chalk out some of their resolutions. The activity 'new year resolution' not only was thoroughly enjoyed by our students, but also inculcated basic writing skills such as brainstorming and framing sentences. The students actively participated in creative writing, group discussions and interactive sessions with their facilitators to bring forward the most innocent and lovely resolutions they decided to follow for their new year.
LITTLE PRESIDIANS REJOICE THE CHEERFUL CELEBRATIONS OF CHRISTMAS

With the onset of the festive season and approaching new year, our young students celebrated the festival of Christmas with cheer and delight in the premises of Presidium, Dwarka 22. With beautiful decorations in bright colours, the spirit of Christmas was filled in the air all around. The thought of the day on eve of Christmas was - 'Christmas is the spirit of giving without a thought of getting'. The little Presidians presented an enactment, giving glimpse of the festival, followed by a phenomenal performance on song jingle bells. Everyone rejoiced the cheerful celebrations in the school by singing carols in a presentation and wished for the coming year to be a prosperous one!
PRESIDIANS UNRAVEL THE IMPORTANCE OF EQUALITY ON HUMAN RIGHTS DAY

Commemorating the universal declaration of human rights and the importance of securing human rights for all people, December 10th is celebrated as Human Rights Day every year across the globe. This glorious day was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the students of grades 1 to 3 at Presidium, Dwarka 22. The celebration commenced with students sharing the significance of the day, followed by a thoughtful discussion on specific human rights and a captivating skit. The atmosphere echoed with an energetic dance on ‘we all got rights’ by our talented students, concluding the assembly with everyone solemnly singing ‘the national anthem’.
13 BUDDING ARTISTS PROVE THEIR METTLE AT VISUAL ART COMPETITION

We heartily congratulate 13 brilliant students of Presidium Dwarka 22 for getting felicitated with 'certificates of excellence' for proving their mettle in the Visual Art competition. Plus, Ishanvi Bagga from grade 4 made us proud by winning 2nd prize in the 8 to 10 year category. Organized by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, the grand competition witnessed participation of more than 500 students from 15 schools of Dwarka zone.

LITTLE PRESIDIANS EXPAND THEIR KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE OCEAN LIFE
The sea was the cradle of primordial life, from which the roots of our own existence sprouted. Billions of years of evolutionary development brought forth an enchanting variety of forms, colours, lifestyles, and patterns of behaviour.
With an objective to inculcate awareness about the wonderful world inside the ocean, an assembly on 'ocean life' was recently presented by grade nursery and prep students at Presidium, Dwarka 22. The special assembly began with a valuable thought of the day - individually we are one drop but together we are an ocean. Then the teachers asked indulged the students in interesting riddles related to underwater animals. Our little Presidians came adorably dressed up as different water animals like fish, dolphin, crab, crocodile, turtle and whale, and shared the facts about them. Some of the tiny tots presented an amazing skit and a captivating dance performance. Seeing the little ones enthralled with the mysterious ocean world was truly overwhelming!
ANNUAL SPORTS PRIZE DISTRIBUTION ENTHRALLS YOUNG SPORTSPERSONS
Victory is in the quality of competition and not the final score!
Considering that sports promote health, strength, discipline, fair play and team spirit, Presidium has always focused on raising a generation of young sportspersons. To laud the achievements and zest of our students who performed brilliantly on Sports Day, an Annual Sports Prize Distribution ceremony was recently organized at Presidium Dwarka. The event not only acknowledged the dedication and endurance of our students in the field of sports, but also encouraged them to improve their personal competence and confidence. The winners were awarded with certificates and trophies, which enthralled the Presidians and their proud parents with enthusiasm and gaiety. The ceremony indeed was an assonance and measure of physical might, concentration, precision, persistence and perseverance in action.
PRESIDIANS DISPLAY SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF VOCABULARY AT SPELLATHON
Words have power. Words cast spells that’s why it is called spelling. Words are energy. Use them wisely.
Putting their skills into best use and manifesting the knowledge of their vocabulary, the Presidians of grades 1 to 3 showcased their best in the Inter-Class Spellathon Competition organized by the Story Tellers Academy of Presidium Dwarka 22. Various time-bound rounds were conducted, wherein the students put their best foot forward, amid the cheering from their classmates. The fun-filled competition mixed learning with fun to arouse a great engaging spirit among the participants and audience!
ANSWER HUNT ON MULTIPLICATION TABLES: PRESIDIANS PERFORM VIVIDLY
Answer hunt is a game or mind sport, wherein the players, either as individuals or in team, attempt to answer questions posed to them correctly. To adopt a fun way to study, Presidium Dwarka 22 recently designed a game related to multiplication tables for students of grade 1. The little Presidians were divided into two teams - one team was finding the correct answer to their question whereas the other team was finding the correct question to their answer. Unfolding the need and meaning of multiplication, the activity taught the children different strategies to solve problems that involved adding a number repeatedly. Participating with utmost excitement, the students performed extraordinarily!
LITTLE PRESIDIANS ENHANCE KNOWLEDGE OF THINGS OUT ON THE ROAD
In coordination with the TBL theme 'out on road', culmination as an activity was conducted by grade nursery and prep students at Presidium Dwarka 22. The activity created awareness about the theme what we see on the road like various buildings (fire station, hospital, police station, metro station, grocery store, school, restaurant, etc), vehicles, parks and zoo. During this fun filled culmination, the students dressed up as various community helpers including doctors, nurses, metro pilots, shopkeepers, teachers and police men to enhance their learning of what they saw on road. Enacting the roles according to their outfits, all the little Presidians shared a few lines mentioning their views about the buildings they belong to. It was an experiential learning experience for all!
