LITTLE PRESIDIANS ENHANCE KNOWLEDGE OF THINGS OUT ON THE ROAD
In coordination with the TBL theme 'out on road', culmination as an activity was conducted by grade nursery and prep students at Presidium Dwarka 22. The activity created awareness about the theme what we see on the road like various buildings (fire station, hospital, police station, metro station, grocery store, school, restaurant, etc), vehicles, parks and zoo. During this fun filled culmination, the students dressed up as various community helpers including doctors, nurses, metro pilots, shopkeepers, teachers and police men to enhance their learning of what they saw on road. Enacting the roles according to their outfits, all the little Presidians shared a few lines mentioning their views about the buildings they belong to. It was an experiential learning experience for all!
PRESIDIANS RAISE AWARENESS FOR DISABILITY ON WORLD DISABILITY DAY
There is a plan and a purpose, a value to every life, no matter what its location, age, gender or disability!
An Assembly on World Disability Day was recently conducted at Presidium Dwarka 22 with an objective to raise awareness about the people affected by a disability. The teachers explained about disability in our society through a talk. The Presidians of grade prep delivered extraordinary speeches on the theme, whereas the students of grade nursery played a short skit showcasing the difficulties of disabled persons, for example unable to walk, see and hear. They also displayed that some of the disabled people are also struggling with mental issues. The audience seemed fully engrossed with their breathtaking acts and the message of taking initiatives to help and support them. This event was ended beautifully with a dance performance by students.
YOUNG ACHIEVERS OF PRESIDIUM DWARKA 22 HONOURED BY SUDHA MA'AM

To treasure our young achievers for their extraordinary achievements in academics, sports and co-curricular activities, Presidium recently organized a grand ceremony - the CHAIRPERSON HONOURS. Graced by Mrs. Sudha Gupta, the honourable Chairperson of Presidium, the ceremony recognized the Presidians of Dwarka 22 for their year-around uphill struggle. The event honoured more than 700 young scholars with certificates of recognition and strengthened their determination to achieve more in life. Receiving such a majestic honour and seeing their parents and mentors wrapped in the spirit of happiness and pride, our 'leaders of tomorrow' were filled with overwhelm and excitement.
STORYTELLING COMPETITION OFFERS A PLATFORM TO ENHANCE LIFE SKILLS
Storytelling is the best way to exhibit one's vocabulary, confidence, creativity and analytical thinking.
To give exposure to such skills, a Storytelling Competition was recently organized for the students of grades nursery and prep at Presidium, Dwarka 22. Offering stage exposure and developing the Presidians' listening skills, the competition also encouraged the development of their emotions and feelings. Participating with utmost excitement, the students performed extraordinarily and applauded for their classmates when they were on stage.
LITTLE PRESIDIANS PRESENT AN ALARMING ASSEMBLY ON SELF-PROTECTION
Self-protection is indeed the need of the hour, seeing the present crime situations in our society!
Considering that children can be easy targets for anti-social elements, it is very important to equip our students with the power to face and handle any odd situation. With this mission, an assembly on self-protection was recently conducted by students of grades nursery and prep at Presidium, Dwarka 22. The assembly began with a captivating speech on the need of self-protection, which was followed by inspirational slogans and a beautiful skit on 'good touch and bad touch. They also suggested few ways on what to do if they ever face any such situation and how to tackle strangers who disturb them, like 'scream, bite, kick & wave your hands', 'speak out & stay safe” and 'run, run, yell & tell'. Students in Taekwondo dress showed some self-defense tricks to emphasize the importance of learning self-defense. Summing up the assembly with the song 'when I was walking to school', the Presidians emphasized that 'awareness is power'.
SPARSH CHILDREN VISIT & THANK PRESIDIANS FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTION
One is never too young to help others, particularly if one is all set to become a 'leader of tomorrow'. Because to be a good leader is to be a good human being first.
To acknowledge our kind-hearted students and staff for their extraordinary contribution to Sparsh recently on the occasion of Children's Day, a special assembly was organised at Presidium, Dwarka 22. The day was auspicated with the warm welcome of the Sparsh family, who shared their heart-touching thoughts for the voluminous love, care and affection our young Presidians have shown towards the special children. The Sparsh students marveled one and all with a mesmerizing choir presentation and an enthralling dance performance on song 'love you zindagi'. The acknowledgement ceremony was a testimony to love & care and to an amalgamation of tears and smiles.
PRESIDIANS REVERE THE SPIRIT OF CHILDHOOD ON CHILDREN’S DAY
At Presidium Dwarka 22, we believe in nurturing the children to their utmost potential and extracting out their latent talents. Considering the magnificent likeness of the Children's Day theme with our ideology, the day was gloriously celebrated with all gusto and merriment with a special assembly. The students of grade 3 commenced the assembly by making a speech on Children's Day, wherein they shared that the day is a tribute to India’s first Prime Minister, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru and how much he adored kids. The first performance was a skit by grade 1 students showing classroom scenarios and what all children in their school times experience. It was followed by a captivating choir performance by grade 2 students on the song ‘Abbak Dabbak’. Thoroughly enjoyed by all, the assembly concluded on a positive note, leaving everybody present regaled.
1ST INTER-SCHOOL ROLLER SKATING MATCH:PRESIDIUM PROVES ITS METTLE
To foster the spirit of sportsmanship in the leaders of tomorrow, Presidium Dwarka 22 recently organized the 1st Inter-School Roller Skating Championship, wherein more than 300 students from various schools participated. During the championship, all the participants displayed great enthusiasm, team spirit and traits of sportsmanship. The winners were highly enthusiastic and excited to receive the prestigious trophies, shields and certificates in the presence of a huge gathering. We congratulate Presidium Ashok Vihar for winning the Overall Best School Trophy, whereas Presidium Dwarka 22 and Presidium Gurgaon 57 for bagging the 1st and 2nd Runner Up Trophies, respectively.
TALENTED PRESIDIANS PRESENT A SOULFUL ASSEMBLY ON GURPURAB
To celebrate Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s birth anniversary and his commitment to equality, the young Presidians of Dwarka 22 conducted a marvelous assembly on the auspicious occasion of Gurpurab. The assembly initiated with a Prabhat Feri along with shabad kirtan 'Ek Onkar Satnaam' followed by Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s preachings by students. They also showcased Gatka, the popular Sikh martial art with great energy and dedication. Performing a captivating skit on Guru Nanak’s Dev Ji’s birth and his history that showed the path of peace, harmony and righteousness, the Presidians gave the message of humanity to transform our society beautifully in the near future.
WEST DELHI ITF TAEKWONDO FINALS 2017:PRESIDIANS WIN GOLD & SILVER

Packed with the same passion towards winning, 3 of our talented Presidians of Dwarka 22 won 2 gold and 1 silver medal in the 1st West Zone Delhi ITF Taekwondo Championship 2017. Held at Dilli Haat, Janak Puri on 24th August 2017, the competition witnessed a huge participation of 350 students from various schools. While Vaibhav Jain and Shubhangum from 5th grade won Gold Medals, Mohit Jain from 4th grade bagged a Silver Medal.
